On the 30th of October the Gymea Hotel is opening up their carpark and waving in 6 Sydney local food trucks and street food vendors for the Shire Beer and BBQ Festival to coincide with the Gymea Village Fair on Sunday.

This big event will be a great place to enjoy delicious food from around the world.

• Skew-U will be serving up sweet soy and sesame chicken and rump cap beef with bourbon glaze
• Bao Stop are changing it up and launching Bao Stop Barbeque with Build-a-Bao beef short rib, 3 fluffy bao buns, homemade chilli maple BBQ sause, white onion pickles, mustard greens and chinese slaw
• Smokin’ Grill offers American style BBQ with a fresh Aussie twist
• Smokey BBQ Bandit’s will be serving up low and slow melt in your mouth delicious pulled pork and burgers
• Frank’s Jr. serving up American Hot Dawgies
• Parrilla Argenchino Catering bringing the Pork bites, Choripan and Asado
• Lets Do Yum Cha serving up their new pork buns, the classic pork bun, prawn dumplings

Mum and Dad can relax with a drink from one of the many pop up bars, including Matilda Bay, Shark Island, Four Pines and many more. Over the day we will all be entertained but the live music from Suite Az and Brown Sugar.

The kids will have a great time in the jumping castle and can become their favourite character with the face painting.
